PeachyBind is operated by Bernardo Costa, an individual based in Portugal (“operator”, “I”, “me”). These Terms govern your use of the PeachyBind mobile apps, web collector studio, and peachybind.com marketing pages. By creating an account or using PeachyBind, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie notice. Contact: astrylvyan@gmail.com.
PeachyBind helps collectors organize photocards, share binders, discover cards, and list items for collector-to-collector interest. Features may change, and some (ads, shop, recognition) may be limited during beta or on certain platforms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country (or have parental consent where required). I may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
You retain rights to photos and text you upload. You grant me a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to run PeachyBind (including moderation, catalogue reference display, and public showcase when you enable it). Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You should only submit catalogue photos you are allowed to use for this collector-reference purpose.
Catalogue photocard images (including photos taken with a device camera of a physical card) are treated as collector reference art for identifying a catalogue entry. Hosting a reference photo does not mean I claim ownership of the underlying idol photograph, label artwork, or related IP. I may remove or replace a catalogue image without deleting the catalogue card entry.
Listings are user-generated. PeachyBind does not process payments for creator / fan listings and is not a party to trades. Use in-app interest only — do not post personal contact details on listings. Fan-made items are not official merchandise unless clearly stated by the seller.
Peaches and cosmetics are in-app points / items with no cash value and no right to redeem for real money. They may be adjusted or revoked for abuse, errors, or policy violations.
Cash Premium may be purchased with Google Play billing on Android (when enabled) or with Stripe on supported checkout flows (including web when cash checkout is enabled). Peach packs sold for real money use Stripe on web when enabled; they are not sold through Play billing. I do not store your full card number. Prices are shown in the Shop before you pay. Cash Premium is a one-time or term-limited entitlement as described in the Shop (not an open-ended subscription unless labelled as such). Cash Premium removes product ads (for example Discovery / scan wait placements) for the active entitlement period. Peach Premium bought with Peaches is separate and keeps ads.
If a payment succeeds but your account is not updated, email astrylvyan@gmail.com with the Stripe payment id or Google Play order id (Cash Premium on Android only). Refunds are handled manually; a payment refund does not always remove Premium automatically. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under applicable law, except where you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins — I will present any required acknowledgements at checkout when applicable. Marketplace listings between collectors are still settled off-app; PeachyBind does not process those payments.
Follow the Community Guidelines. No scams, harassment, impersonation, scraping, reverse engineering of recognition models for competing services, or attempts to bypass App Check / security controls.
Idol / label trademarks and artwork remain with their owners. PeachyBind is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with entertainment companies unless explicitly stated.
If you believe a catalogue image infringes your rights, email astrylvyan@gmail.com with: (1) who you are and your role (rights holder or authorised agent), (2) the card or image URL/ID, (3) what right you assert, and (4) a contact method. I do not treat anonymous or unsupported third-party ownership claims as automatic takedowns. I review notices from the rights holder or an authorised representative and may hide or replace the image while keeping the catalogue entry.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, only to the extent permitted by applicable law. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, recognition accuracy, or successful trades. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important collection data, photos, and records (for example exports or backups you make outside PeachyBind). PeachyBind is not a backup or archival service, and I am not liable for loss of your content except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if I was advised such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, my total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to PeachyBind is limited to the amounts you actually paid to PeachyBind for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any rights you have as a consumer under non-waivable EU or Portuguese law.
You may schedule account deletion in Profile → Settings → Delete Account (password or Google sign-in), or request deletion via the Delete account page (including email). Deletion is subject to the grace period described there. I may terminate access for Terms violations. Surviving sections include user content licenses, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory consumer venue rules that apply to you.
