Delete your PeachyBind account
Last updated: 8 October 2026 · Product: PeachyBind (Android package com.peachybinder.app · web studio on beta.peachybind.com)
PeachyBind is operated by Bernardo Costa (data controller, Portugal).
You can request deletion of your PeachyBind account and associated personal data — including under the GDPR right to erasure — using the steps below.
On Android, you can use email without reinstalling the app if you no longer have PeachyBind installed.
On the web, use the in-studio flow or email — no app install required.
Option 1 — In the app or web studio (password or Google sign-in)
Self-serve deletion in the Android app or web studio works when you signed up with email/password or Google.
If you use another sign-in method, use Option 2 (email) or the hosted deletion instructions linked from Settings.
- Open PeachyBind in the web studio or the Android app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing
DELETE and re-authenticate when asked (including device biometrics when available).
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 14-day grace period. During those 14 days you can sign in and cancel the deletion from the screen the app shows.
- After the grace period ends, a server job permanently purges your account data (this may take additional time for backups and related systems).
Option 2 — Request by email (any sign-in method)
Email
astrylvyan@gmail.com
with subject PeachyBind account deletion request.
Include:
- The email address on the account (and Google Sign-In email if different)
- Your username if you know it
- A clear statement that you want the account permanently deleted
I may reply to verify ownership before scheduling or completing deletion. This is a manual support process;
there is no automated web form that deletes accounts on submit.
What is removed after the purge runs
When permanent deletion completes, I remove or erase:
- Your Firebase Authentication user
- Collector profile and public showcase profile
- Binders, owned cards, wishlists, and related collection data
- Photos and uploads under your account in Storage (profile, submissions, recognition)
- Peaches ledger history and in-app entitlements / purchases tied to your uid (subject to payment-provider records Stripe or Google may retain separately)
- Marketplace contact details and seller identity on your listings (listings are canceled/anonymized)
- Referral associations tied to your account
- Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used for push alerts on your devices
What may be retained
- Anonymized marketplace listing rows — catalog/history without your contact details or seller identity, for marketplace integrity.
- Community catalog contributions — card submissions you contributed for other collectors may remain as catalog content.
- Moderation / fraud records — limited report or abuse records may be kept as needed to protect the community and comply with law.
- Backup copies — encrypted backups may persist for a short period before automatic purge.
Timeframe
In-app / web studio (Option 1): confirming deletion schedules purge for 14 days later; you can cancel during that window.
After the grace period, purge usually runs within a reasonable processing window once the scheduled job runs.
Email (Option 2): I aim to respond and complete verified requests within 30 days (often sooner during beta), which may include scheduling the same grace period or processing deletion directly after verification.
